Jim is a resident of Alger Heights and has lived in the Grand Rapids Metro Area since 2000. He is married and has a 1 year old chocolate lab named Gus. Jim has a BA in Economics from Calvin College and has worked in the Real Estate Industry since he was a sophomore in college.

Aside from selling real state, Jim is a state licensed real estate appraiser. Financial institutions, lawyers, and home owners alike all trust his ability to gage and understand the complexity of the market.
